Art Center Sarasota's free Youth Saturday classes offer kids ages 6-14 the opportunity to learn about art and explore their creativity through various art mediums with our talented youth instructors.

I have taught fine art lessons to children ages 6 through high school by appointment both during the day (homeschoolers) and after school as well as on Saturdays and in summer art camps for over 20 years in Sarasota. I focus on creating realistic art with techniques and proper tool usage. I teach graphite, acrylic, colored pencil and mixed media with drawing being the foundation of all projects and our famous self portraits being the first project for students 8 and older.
