Hi! My name is Christina and I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I was an emergency room travel nurse for many years. I met my hubby in Southern California, where we decided to begin our family. I was a part of the FIT4MOM village there in Orange County and absolutely loved it. I met a lot of mom
friends there that were going through the same things that I was as a new mom. I also loved the fitness
component AND that I could bring my baby with me to class!
We moved to Lakewood Ranch this past summer and we absolutely love it here. We have a two-year-old boy and just had our baby girl in January.
Early on in my pregnancy, I started searching for FIT4MOM programs here in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota and discovered that they didn’t offer anything like it in the community. This made me realize that our local moms here could really benefit from this program! We offer fitness, but also the socialization component for kiddos and moms through playdates after class and special events like family dates and/or Moms Night Out.
