Sign your kids up for Discovery Point Road trip across America Summer Camp! This summer campers are going on an imaginary trip across the country! We start in Florida working our way up the east coast, then across the Midwest, then California and over the ocean to Hawaii! They will enjoy a new adventure every week!
Blast off in Space Camp, create masterpieces in Building in America, solve a movie-set mystery in California, Wild, wild west, campers will go through a time warp to live in the frontier life in the days the buffalo roamed free, and many more! Ten exciting themes! A new theme each week of camp which includes science experiments, literature, and many projects.
We have our own executive chef and certified teachers. Enrollment price includes all field trips and transportation, events, food (breakfast, lunch and snacks) and a Welcome Summer campers' t-shirt!

Summer camp will be held Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Hours are 8AM to 4:30PM. We offer extended hours from 6:30AM to 8AM and 4:30PM to 6PM. Camp is for children ages 5 to 12. We also offer a Jr summer camp for children who are 4.
Discovery Point Twelve Oaks Road Trip Across America is a Ten week camp. Your child can register for all 10 weeks or pick the weeks they will be attending.

"My daughter started at Discovery Point in the summer of 2021 for summer camp. Originally, I toured the center because I saw they offered a before and after school program for school age children and my daughter was about to start Kindergarten. It was a true-life saver to have the option to have them take her to school and pick her up with ease. They have their own transportation and the ride back to the center is always fun. I enrolled her into summer camp as a trial and let me say it has been one of the best choices I’ve made as a parent. They provide all meals, have their own chef, will accommodate any dietary restrictions and take safety as a number one priority. At the start of the summer an agenda is given which outlines what will be done daily. They go on a field trip daily. On Friday’s they have water day which is always a fun topic over dinner. Who doesn’t love a slip and slide or the chance to soak their teacher? They also have partnered with Amazing Athletes which has given my daughter an introduction and interest into sports which she may never have learned otherwise. The center is very clean, safe, and the staff are wonderful. They always greet us with a smile and take a vested interest in my child. My daughter tells all her friends about it and several of them were on the waiting list for summer camp this year and I know many have already put their names down for the breaks when school is out. "Discover Point Twelve Oaks is a top tier preschool. Like many families we toured every facility in the area and Discover Point checked every box. The school is very clean and secure/safe. Every staff member from the owners and directors to the chef and classroom teachers have been pleasant and professional. Equally important, my children have felt not only cared for but valued for who they are individually. In my opinion and as a teacher, D.P. does a fantastic job at balancing a curriculum that is age appropriate while still allowing the children to be kids. I have seen a lot of hands-on exploration and child driven free play. This does not even include all the fun and active programs that D.P. brings into the school for the children (plays, shows, P.E. programs, STEAM programs).
