About Camp Runway: This program offers an in-depth background of the process and elements needed to design a collection. From concept to construction, illustration and fabrics, campers will enjoy learning so many different skills throughout fun and exciting projects. Each week, campers will explore fashion history, draping, sewing, textiles, sketching, collaging and so much more!

Session Themes
Session 1 - Throughout the Decades: A brief history of fashion throughout each decade, spanning from Victorian times and the roaring 20s, all the way to the present and the future!
Session 2- Fashion in the Industry: Exploring different areas of the professional fashion industry: Womenswear, Childrenswear, Uniforms, Athleisure, Formalwear, Couture, Fast Fashion, Accessory Design, and so much more!
Session 3: Fashion & Fine Art: Drawing inspirations from the fine art world. For example, if Pablo Picasso or Claude Monet were to design clothes, what would they look like?
