Get ready for the biggest New Year's celebration in Sarasota! The Sarasota Pineapple Drop Block Party is the place to be.
Start your celebrations early on December 30! Dreamland Amusements is bringing their carnival rides, games and fair food for the whole family. Midways hours are 1PM to 11PM Monday, December 30 and 1PM to 1AM on Tuesday, December 31.
Carnival Details:
- Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36" & taller), valid all-day Monday and till 6 pm on Tuesday, are $37 on site ($35 cash) till 5 pm Tuesday while supplies last or online before 1 pm Monday for $29, 2/$55 or 4/$99.
- Ride tickets, valid anytime, are available at the carnival or discounted online before 1pm Monday for $45/50 tickets + 1 free ride. (Rides take 2 or more tickets each.)
- Carnival guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult age 21+.
- Carnival location: Selby Five Points Park (1 Central Avenue Sarasota)
Come back New Years Eve for more fun! The party kicks off at 1PM with Carnival rides and games (at 5 Points Park), food, drinks and full bar concessions. Enjoy live music performances by Daniel B. Marshall (1PM), BYNGE (4PM), SRQ Beats (8:30PM), Gas House Gorillas (9PM) and Crossfire Creek Band (9PM). The highlight of the evening is the Pineapple Drop at midnight – the perfect way to ring in the New Year! Celebrate the start of 2025 with cheers, music, and of course, celebration. You won’t want to miss this unforgettable moment!
The event ends Wednesday, January 1 at 1:30AM. The event is FREE and open to the public!
