Since 2013, Ovation School of Musical Theatre has been offering high quality training in acting, singing and dancing, where we strive to nurture each student’s passion to reach their fullest potential. Ovation's purpose is to teach the tools and techniques necessary as well as inspire and motivate passionate students to become the best they can be as a performing artist, whether it be as a hobby or professional. Ovation teaches classes in Acting, Singing, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Tumbling, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre Dance and Performance Classes. Classes are available for ages 2 and up. Musical Theatre Performance Classes
Offering a wide overview of performance skills including vocal technique, acting and dance, the MTP track is easily our most popular offering! Theatrical performance teaches essential life skills including empathy, teamwork, and creativity while providing a platform for those who just love to be center stage. Everyone from the proverbial class clown to the absolute introvert will benefit from this unique form of storytelling. Taught at multiple levels and structured for beginners to future professional artists, these classes are at the heart of what we do best.
Dance Classes
Mental clarity, increased stamina, muscle strength, endurance and stress relief are just some of wonderful byproducts of a life filled with dance! In addition to ballet, Ovation offers classes in Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, as well as Combo-Dance for Tots. Many performing arts students find taking multiple dance disciplines not only helps them to improve their overall technique, but also helps to build confidence and self-esteem. Our professional dance instructors have strong local, national, and international credentials including several Broadway resumes!
Ovation for Tots
All great artists start somewhere! Ovation's Tots classes are designed to give our young ones a safe and nurturing environment where they have the freedom to discover their own creativity while incorporating dance and theatre skills at a pace that is comfortable and inspiring for them. Ovation offers Parent and Me classes, Combo Dance Classes and Youth Jazz / Hip hop.
