2020 has been a year that we all soon forget. However, my husband and I decided that we weren’t going to look at the glass and see it half empty. We are optimistic about, well pretty much everything. Even a pandemic. So, we decided to start Holiday Egg Drop.
What is Holiday Egg Drop?
We are a service that provides holiday themed hide-and-seek eggs for your children. Think Easter Eggs hunts – but all year long! That means for Halloween we have eggs that look like skulls filled with toys or candy. We offer free shipping or we can drop the eggs at your doorstep, whichever you are more comfortable with. If you want, we can even hide the eggs for you and your little ones.
Who are we?
Holiday Egg Drop is the brain child of a stay-at-home mom looking after two high energy children. With a global pandemic and an uneasiness to go trick or treating. She thought there has to be a way to bring some joy to her children. That’s where the idea of Holiday Egg Drop came from. Who doesn’t just want their kids to have a little fun looking for hidden treasures around the yard? It’s the perfect way to maintain social distancing and have a whole lot of fun on Halloween.
How does it work?
You select from one of our packages by choosing between how many eggs you want (as little as 20 eggs and as many as 1,000 eggs), pick what you want inside of them (candy, toys, surprises, etc.), and we even have larger bonus eggs too. Then pick how you want the eggs to get to you: via the mail, drop off, or lastly we do all the hard work for you and hide all the eggs.
When can I get my eggs?
Our next holiday that we are gearing up for is Halloween. Sign up for a drop off time slot as we only have a limited amount of spaces available. However, we are shipping out daily. So, if you want to have a trick or treat treasure hunt sooner than October 31, we can make that happen!
Where do you service?
Currently, the only places we drop off/scatter the eggs are in City of Bradenton and City of Sarasota Florida.
What about COVID-19?
When packing all the eggs, toys, candies we wear disposable gloves when handling all the treats. All candies will always be in individual wrappers. If you want us to scatter the treats we wear gloves and masks at all times following CDC guidelines. We are flexible and understandable if this isn’t an option that you want to choose. We have two little ones our selves and are very protective of them. (As we are sure you are of your children too).
