Exciting news! We have decided that given the current rules, we feel that we can do camp safely this summer and we have openings that we anticipate going quickly!
In order to have a little more planning time, camp will be June 8 – 26 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with pre and post care available upon request and additional fee.
In order to ensure the safety of our campers and staff, the format will be a bit different. We will minimize service providers/experts coming into the space so some we will do alternative activities that fulfill many of the same skills (ie: line dancing vs. ballroom dancing – sequencing, organization, memorization, multi-tasking, social activity) but the schedule will be similar.
FUN CAMP ACTIVITIES
Cooking, memory work (working, short term, long term – visual and auditory); problem solving, communication – verbal/non-verbal, theater, exercise, perspective exercises – are other activities this year.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
There are scholarships available if your family lives in Sarasota County (Sarasota, Osprey, Venice, Laurel/Nokomis, North Port) through a third party. The scholarship is one per family up to $1000. There is a process we are happy to help with in order to get approved for the scholarship. After downloading, completing and submitting the form please let us know you are interested in the scholarship so we can help with the next step.

$1000 for the 3 week session ($100 deposit per child required with submission of registration to hold child(ren)s spot) Sibling discounts apply - please inquire

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Temperatures checked prior to entry in the morning Groups kept within the suggested limits (no more than 10 including group leader) This means there are very limited spaces!!!!!!!!!!!
Physical space for Social Distancing - groups not in same space at same time Physical space cleaned in-between use Outside time as much as possible given the Florida climate Handwashing/disinfecting Masks (this will be challenging for some and will be required when school resumes so now is a good time to begin working on this)
