The 8th Annual Gingerbread Festival will be returning to Westfield Sarasota Square this holiday season!
The festival will take place December 9th through 11th. This festive tradition offers holiday shoppers a unique opportunity to explore an entire village of gingerbread houses created by local youth groups, nonprofit organizations, and businesses. Approximately 150 gingerbread houses are expected this year! Admission is only $1.
The Gingerbread Festival was originally founded in 2009 by a local non-profit youth organization, Community Youth Development. This year, however, the festival is presented by Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Inc.
